RemoteVisit for Patients connects you and your healthcare provider for virtual consultations via video or text directly from your mobile device, saving you time and unnecessary travel. Book appointments and access your heath data conveniently from your phone.
Your healthcare provider will first invite you to their virtual practice to create an account that will be used for the app.
Personal Health Profile:
· Document your current medications, known health conditions, allergies, family history, social history, record surgeries, vaccinations, and past hospitalizations.
· Log vital signs and health condition indicators like blood pressure, blood glucose pulse, O2 level, temperature blood pressure, blood glucose pulse, O2 level, temperature, HbA1c, TSH, cholesterol, Hb levels, mood, pain to easily share with your provider.
· Sync general well-being details such as exercise, sleep, diet from your personal health tracker for your provider to review.
The App sync information from Health App directly into the PHR.
